Shipping Information.

At Pt78 Skin & Body, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with care. All of our products are packed and shipped from our base in Melbourne, Australia.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Please note that during busy periods or new launches, dispatch times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer standard and express shipping options across Australia.

 

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or another trusted courier partner. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed.

International Shipping

We currently offer limited international shipping. If you are outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at info@pt78skinandbody.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
